The Twin Signature 2-1/2-inch peeling knife is ideal for taking the skin off of mangoes, apples, pears, or other fruits and vegetables that might need to be peeled. Slightly rounded and shaped like a bird's beak, the curved blade makes it easier to cut around rounded corners. My wife like the J.A. Henckels Twin Signature 2-1/2-Inch Peeling Knife.
However the price is way too high for the value!
