this knife completes my block and I love it for cutting small things. It is very sharp and flexible enough to make curved cuts easily, like when you're removing seeds from an apple slice. Indespensible!

I got this on sale as one of the lightning deals and it is great. I use this size all the time for cutting fruits, potatoes or anything small. My last smaller knife I broke by trying to separate some partially frozen meat so the sale on this came at a perfect time. Works just as great as the expensive knives for a much better price. Thanks Amazon.

This is my second Henckels twin signature knife. The weight and feel is wonderful. They look like they will last a lifetime. Be sure and go the extra for the twin signature version. They are better. A great knife at a good price from Amazon. Make great wedding gifts.

This is an excellent little knife for cleaning and processing vegetables and fruits. I have used it often. I would recommend this knife.

I found no problems with this knife. We use for all small cutting and paring. nothing fancy just an every day small knife. works great and goes in the dishwasher. The blade is thicker than other paring knives we own but that hasn't been an issue. The handle is the same as a set of Henckel steak knives we have had for about 12 years and put them in the dishwasher and after several hundred washes have no damage to the handles.

My kids call this one the "upside-down" knife because it seems that the blade is sharp on the wrong side. I knew it would be like that from the picture, and it's actually what I was looking for.

The blade arrived sharp and ready to cut. I've used it daily for fruits for the last couple of months and so far see no degradation of performance. It is very lightweight.

I haven't used it against something heavy for durability, but for daily cuts of lightweight use. Works well.

Had high hopes as this knife had great reviews, as the title says mine was a less than stellar specimen.
The "hollows" on one side were not straight and ran down into the edge, to add insult to injury, that edge also ran off near the tip
resulting in just one side having an edge the last 1/2 inch near the tip. Both obvious flaws and visible the moment you picked up the knife.
So I can only assume no one picked up the knife before packaging. My Victorinox 47508 3-1/4-Inch Paring Knife at a third the price which I purchased after the return are a much better value.

We purchased this during a "Today's Deals" offer and we love it...very small, very handy, sharp, good quality...would recommend it, especially when there's a special offer for it...

I bought this for my mom who likes to juice veggies and fruits. She uses it to cut and peel and tells me that it's a good knife. a little expensive but If it continues to hold its edge, I will consider it a good buy.

I love this knife!!!! I don't even put it away - I'm using it all the time. It's super sharp and I've had it for a few months and it's still as sharp as the first day I used it. It's a smaller knife and fits perfectly into the hand for quick paring, slicing, etc. So very handy.
