I went and saw these guys on a whim and was INSTANTLY blown away. I never really cared much for country music, much less any of its subcultures, but WOW!!! The live performance is top notch and quality. Just watching them as masters of their instruments is worth any ticket price alone. Centered around one mic in the traditional style is a treat and each man brings his own persona to each song. No one stands out from the other, they ALL bring the same intensity and passion to each song. It really is an inspiring thing to see. These guys are seriously like 5 fingers of the same swift hand. You can't imagine the whole without every single part.

They perform old standards and classics as well as contemporary Blue Grass. Their originals are very good as well. They also bring a sense of history back to us and remind us of a time when music was a privelege to be a part of and not a gimmick or mental saturation overload from media and pop culture like it is today.

They make the "good old days" seem like a reality that is very possible now! If you have never heard Blue Grass, start here... Henhouse Prowlers are really onto something, you don't want to miss it.

These guys are phenomenal!
