5.0 out of 5 stars Flagler often overlooked among the rail barons, July 6, 2004
This review is from: Henry Flagler: Visionary of the Gilded Age (Paperback)
This book gives a good treatment of Henry M. Flagler. Tracing the years of his childhood, up through Standard Oil, and on to the expansion of the Florida East Coast Railway, finally reaching Key West. Often overlooked by rail historians, Henry Flagler should be remembered alongside the likes of great railroad pioneers such as James Hill and The Big Four.
