Puzzles include classic British and other European-style crosswords, anacrostics, diagramless, and many ingenious variations. Be warned--there are tricks and traps beyond the usual wordplay. This is not for the faint-hearted solver, but those sharp of mind and resolute of spirit will be well rewarded. Expect plenty of the usual Henry Hook laughs (and groans) as you solve. The smiles come quick and easy when you read his introduction, but you'll have to work for the rest.
