Good tool for learning to read...
Yes, it is true that this game requires reading. Try the Dora games if that is an issue. But if you are actually going to sit and teach, sounding out words, it is a great game for 4 - 5 year olds. My daughter loves it, and we play it together. If you are looking for Edutainment this is a great title. If you are looking for a game that just keeps the kids busy while you...

This game requires reading.
Since this game requires reading, it just collects dust and is much too complicated for our toddler. Box indicates Early Childhood rating.
