(REAL NAME)
The story, "The Monster's Three Wishes" in this book not only teaches about the number 3, but to concentrate on what you really want without making up other wants in addition to what you really want. Cookie Monster wants to wish for a million cookies, but first he wants something to keep the cookies in. So he wishes for a dish, which is not big enough, so he wishes for a box, which is not big enough, so he wishes for a truck, big enough to hold all those cookies, but he has used up his 3 wishes, so when he gets hungry, he has to eat the truck instead. Therefore, he should have wished for a million cookies in the first place, not start with something to keep the cookies in. If anybody can tell me other messages from the stories in this book, post them here.

This review is from: Jim Henson's Muppets in The Sesame Street 1, 2, 3 Story-Book: Stories About the Numbers from 1 to 10 (Hardcover)
Product was in good condition and a good replacement for the book that our 3 kids had worn out and were using for our grandkids.
