Mallary and Drew have been friends and neighbors since they were kids. Then one day all that changes when they end up alone together.

Several months later Drew is back in the small town they lived in as kids due to the death of his mother. He and Mal are still friends, but there is a hitch-Mallary is pregnant with Drews baby.

They trie to remain friends afterwards, but it is hard after Drew finds out the secret about the baby.
