Although not "literature" the book is well written/presented and read with an intensity that became physically palpable for me.
Raw, honest, painful, and utterly engrossing account of what it means to care for a loved one with dementia at the end of their life.
I would definitely recommend this book to anyone in a caregiver role, but especially for those dealing with dementia and Alzheimer's.
