5.0 out of 5 stars In Her Mind, May 15, 2009
This review is from: In Her Mind (Paperback)
In her mind is an excellent read , I love this book, I can definitely relate. It's an eye opener for all the new girlfriends or new wives that have to deal with B.M.D.( baby momma drama). Even guys can read it, Have you ever had that girlfriend that you just couldn't shake off? It deals with current realistic issue in everyday life. In the end ( I won't spoil it ) it gives us faith to know that everything works out even if it's not the way we want.

Keep Reading, Keep Learning!

Get ready for a tale of deceit, lies, and betrayal. This book takes you on a roller coaster ride the entire read. One minute you are up, and the next minute you are down. In Her Mind paints a picture of a baby momma's who is out to seek revenge. He has moved on with his life and everyone thinks she has too. She will take every measure to make sure that this man becomes hers once and for all. But how will it all go down? Will someone get hurt in the process, will she go too far, will it hurt her baby, or mess up the reputation of her well to do family? At what cost would you go back to get something you thought was rightfully yours?
Read In Her Mind and see exactly what her thoughts lead her to do.

5.0 out of 5 stars Baby Momma Drama, Part II, October 12, 2009

This review is from: In Her Mind (Paperback)
Imagine meeting the man of your dreams: chocolatey fine, hard-working and lover extraordinaire. You successfully survived the drama brought on by his crazy ex during the early years of your courtship, put those years behind you and laid the foundation for a strong, rock-solid relationship. You are now but one month away from your dream wedding. What could possibly go wrong? Two words - Shelly Winston.

Brian Turner is the man of Shelly Winston's dreams and the father of her one and a half year old son. What difference does it make that Brian is planning to marry Lexie Mitchell, the woman of his dreams, in a matter of weeks? What difference does it make if Shelly is also married to a man who loves her and is committed to her and her son? None of it matters because what Shelly wants, Shelly gets...at least in her mind.

In this sequel to MOUNTAIN HIGH, VALLEY LOW, Shelly goes to great lengths in an effort to show Brian that she really is the woman for him, not Lexie. Because after all, in her mind, Brian is the man for her and she is the woman for him. Though Shelly has been down this road before; it does not matter. This time she means business, and Brian has just got to realize that, no matter what the cost. Because of Shelly, Brian and Lexie's love and commitment will be put to the test. Will Shelly succeed in her quest to capture Brian for herself?

Ms. Flagler has penned a novel that is both suspenseful and drama-filled. I did not read the prequel to IN HER MIND, but very easily followed this story nonetheless. The writing is somewhat predictable in that readers will be able to anticipate a few of Shelly's next moves; however, Ms. Flager also includes a few surprises and twists that will keep readers engaged and entertained. For all of those who have dealt with baby momma drama, this one is definitely for you.

5.0 out of 5 stars Until Death Do Us Part, December 28, 2008

I loved this story. I love Ms. Flagler's work and to read her books are like escaping to another place and time. I could relate to each character and the emotions ran high for me most of the time. Anticipating what would happen next, I would run ahead in my mind to find out that I was right all along. The storyline of a scorned woman, who would never give up the love she never had. Shelly Winston would stop at nothing and was insane as far as I could tell. This real life drama goes on in many relationships when someone is trapped in their mind- the battlefield which can be destructive if not made to submit.
The Story "In Her Mind" blew my mind and just makes me excited to see what Ms. Flagler will pen next.

God bless the anointing to write....
