1.0 out of 5 stars Ned and Nancy
I wish that Ned and Nancy would get back together. I just know they still love each other. Plus, there is hardly any mystery. By the way, whatever happened to Dave and Burt? They were the ideal people for Bess and George.

4.0 out of 5 stars Exciting New Nancy Drew, October 4, 2003

This review is from: On Her Own (Nancy Drew on Campus #2) (Mass Market Paperback)
Teen-sleuth, Nancy Drew, is now out in the real world, attending Wilder University, with her two best friends, Bess Marvin and George Fayne. Bess is dating Brian Daglian, a guy who she thinks is different from other guys his age, and George has been asked out by the most popular guy at Wilder University, Scooter Berenson, who also just happens to be the quarterback of the football team. Meanwhile, Nancy is now a reporter for the Wilder Times, which is the newspaper for Wilder University, and she thinks that she soon will be breaking a huge story, involving Scooter, which could leave him both in danger and disgrace. Meanwhile, Nancy's boyfriend, Ned, is coming for the weekend, and Nancy doesn't know how to confront him about her mixed feelings involving their relationship.

As opposed to the usual Nancy Drew formula, which deals more with murder, and mysteries, NANCY DREW ON CAMPUS involves a lot of different plots involving relationships. Both friendships, and romantic relationships. Still, it's an exciting novel, in which I think will pick up new readers for the Nancy Drew book series.

3.0 out of 5 stars My summary is about what I thought of this book., July 12, 1999

I think that this book was pretty good, but I personally like to have plenty of romance and adventure, which wasn't shown much in this book. I did like story though because it was interesting and different from Caroyln Keene's other Nancy Drew books.
