Though it may have taken Walter a while to release another cd,believe me it was worth the wait !! To produce an excellent cd ('For Her')it takes time & hard work BUT......the end results are EXCELLENT !! This is one cd ('For Her') that needs to be added to one's collection. The title song 'For Her' is pretty mellow & laid back though the whole cd is GREAT !!

This CD is oh so mellow. I was disappointed that a recent concert featuring Walter Beasley was cancelled due to lack of ticket sales (shows me that folk don't appreciate great music). I do not understand, as this is awesome. "For Her" and "Don't Say Good Night" can get anybody "in the mood". His voice is smooth and silky just like his sax.

This album is a pleasure to listen to. I have almost all of Walter Beasley music and this one is some of his best work.
