Androgyny, glitter, glam, dark synthpop, ambience...what else could you possibly ask for in a performer?!

2.0 out of 5 stars What the???
Yeah, I get it..he's both goth and glam. What a cheesey name, better yet, what a cheesey album. I know that he's a Bowie fanatic, and most of us are, but Marilyn Manson allready did this, and he did it much, much, much better. If this album wasn't so expensive I would be nicer, but $37!!! No way! It's way overrated and I seriously doubt that it is out of print. It's...

This guy is so talented, I have his whole music collection. If your tired of the same old sounds, you must listen to Glampire. Once I listened I could never stop. To sum it up in one word, WOW!

From the opening track "Super Sad", you are immersed in the fabulous, glittery world of Glampire. His powerful voice and strong synths drive the point home. "Happy Again?" has a good combination of sexy synth vibes with acoustic guitars and dance beats. Strong tracks are "My Own God" with its sleek, sexy driving beats and biting guitars and "Shake Me Take Me Make Me" with its acoustics and Glampire's vocal conviction. All in all, a well written album full of glitter and glam with a slight dark edge. Highly recommended.

5.0 out of 5 stars GlampireRox, April 29, 2003
This review is from: Heraldic Universe (Audio CD)
Glampire brings an exciting new sound to the music world with Heraldic Universe. Glampire is so talented and sounds like an entire band, yet he does all his own music and vocals. If you're into goth, metal, or industrial, you'll love Glampire.
