I ordered this product thinking I might lose a little weight but I got it on Monday April 20th and today april 24, i am down 6lbs already!I love that I don't have the weird side effects like with previous things I have tried in the past. I have a ton more energy everyday when I work out and I am drinking twice the amount of water I normally drink.The best part is that it has curbed my craving for sweets.I really do recommend this product to anyone who wants to lose weight and feel better about themselves.Thank you so much! THIS STUFF ROCKS!

I started to take the pills Saturday, June 21, 2009 after 5 weeks I have lost 8.2lb. I am giving five starts to these pills because I could not lose weight at all. I do workout 4 to 5 times a week.

Good

* It suppresses my appetite a little bit. I am eating normal amount of food; I am not over eating. I am full after a few bites.
* It stops my "sweet tooth" cravings.
* I am drinking a lot of water.
* I taking the pills every other day.

Bad
* The 1st day I took the pills about 7a.m. at night I couldn't fall asleep until three or four in the morning.
* First week when I took the pills, I feel a little jittery. I couldn't sleep well at night.
* First week when I took the pills, I got chills.
* When I take the pill, I get dry mouth, and I get irritated easily.
* I was sensitive to the pill. I took the pills two days in the row and I could not sleep for almost three days. After taking the pills every other day for two weeks, I started to sleep better. I don't have the side effects that I had the first week.

* Why am I giving five stars? I finally found the pills that are helping me to lose my extra weight. I workout 4 to 5 times a week, but used to eat a lot. Now I am eating less, and I seeing the results that I wanted. I ordered more pills; I want to lose my extra 12.6lb. I will take these pills until I reach my goal.

It worries me the long-term side effects.


Week 1 I lost 3.6lb.
Week 2 I lost 0.6lb
Week 3 I lost 1.1lb
Week 4 I lost 1.1lb
Week 5 I lost 1.8lb (I have lost 8.2pds)

I ordered more pills; I want to lose 12.6lb more.

Yesterday was my second day with this pill, the first day it was ok I felt really weak, but I was able to sleep fine,
yesterday my second day I got scared I took the pill at 7 am I drank plenty of water and ate, but at 8 pm I got the wost headache, got really weak, I felt like I was going to pass out, I was even afraid of taking a tylenol, but i took it at 9 pm and I started feeling better.

The product does suppressed the appetite, but i did not get any energy at all, instead i felt weak had to leave work 3 hours early.

Everyone is different it didn't work for me but it could work for some else, remember not everyone is the same but be careful i got really scared last night.
