Wally's made a huge mistake in designing in a plastic constrictor at the base of the candle. It makes most ear wax impossible to pass through this narrow opening. Even after we used a pair of scissors to get rid of the constrictor they still did not consistently draw out ear wax for each of the four people who used them. Avoid.
