Finally!,

This review is from: Herbal Birth Control: A Brief History With Ancient and Modern Herbal Recipes (Paperback)
It was so nice to find out that there are people out there who understand that not ALL women are constantly trying to get pregnant! This little book was packed with great information. Any feminist should appreciate the style of this book, as well as anyone into locating their own herbs. (There are illustrations of most herbs mentioned). Also, it was much appreciated that the author recognized the suppressions (sp?) of such knowledge over time due to religious fears and sexual predjudice. I went out and bought herbs immediately after reading this book!

Try at your own risk!,

This book might come with a warning: Try at your own risk! It contains informative summaries of some of John Riddle's work as well as some recipes. I would love to know if real people have ever tried any of the herbs and if they worked, and what side effects they experienced.
