I did this cleanse a few weeks ago and I lost 7 lbs and 2 inches off my waist. I actually enjoyed the fiber drink that was included and I felt amazing! I felt so energized. I also purchased some Spark too and had that in the morning and it was a great combination. I would highly reccomend.

This is my second time using the Herbal Cleanse from Advocare. It works naturally and is unlike other "cleanses" that extremely limit your diet. I take medicine that usually is not recomendeded to have with typical weight loss supplements and cleanse type products because of all the unknown ingredients. It flushes out the bad, and gives your body a fresh start.

The fiber drink was very gritty--bad taste, I dont know how good cleanse actually was--did not lose weight while doing cleasnse
