When heated in a microwave, the Herbal Comfort Pac provides a variety of medical benefits by absorption into the skin and through aromatherapy. Let your sense of smell and touch carry you away to relaxation. For heat therapy, warm in microwave for 1-2 minutes, depending on desired warmth. Increase by 30 second increments as needed. (Check temperature to ensure that warmth is ideal before use.) A light misting of the herbal pack will offer a soothing moist heat. Cold therapy can be acheived by putting the herbal pack in a ziplock bag and placing in the freezer for 2 hours. When storing your herbal pack, place in a dry cool place in a ziplock bag to increase its longevity. Doing this will help the aromatic herbs in your pac last for years. The back pac is totally portable for use while traveling.

The fabric on this back warmer is amazing. Its size lets the heat warm my entire back at the same time. There are some days I can't live without it. The aroma that comes off it when I take it out of the microwave is definitely heaven. I have been using it for several months now and it still smells great. I just love it.

I was very excited to use this product. Even before opening the box, you could smell the aromatherapy/herbal scent. It works fairly well if you are lying down flat when using it and you have someone else lay it on your back. Since the "pocket" areas are not sewn completely, the beads inside shift around. It makes it very difficult to use in any position other than flat on your stomach. It also does not stay warm as long as other similar products I have used. I would probably still recommend it, but with the warning that you need to have patience to shift the beads around from the outside and bottom area before every use and if you move at all while using this product.

I live in the Northwest and find after working in the yard on cold fall days when I heat this great thing up and snuggle up with it, all my aches and soreness fade away. I am delighted with it's weight, the soothing herbal aroma, and the length of time it stays warm. I haven't tried a cold application yet, but expect to when the circumstances arise. This is an excellent product.
