I can see JC obviously loves the neck wrap. Strange that it got only one star. Based upon what they said, "Everything I hoped for" would surely deserve more than one star. I gave it 5 stars because my husband took mine and won't give it back. So I had to buy another one. I don't know what that fabric is called but I wish I had a whole blanket made out of it. Well, then I would have to have it lined with the herbs because I love that smell. I see the booties on the site, so that will probably be what I get next.

The neck wrap is easy to heat and easy to use. The only drawback is the "soothing" herbs smell terrible. If you can get over the scent, it works great. I would buy another one if the scent was changed or I was able to take the scent bag out.

I love the herbal neck wrap. It is so easy to heat in the microwave and being a beautician, I have alot of neck and shoulder problems. At the end of the day it is so relaxing and eases the pain, and the fabric is so soft. I also got one for my 92yr. old father and it is helping the arthritis pain.

It has a lovely feel to it, and the shape is ideal for my neck and shoulders. The heat lasts for about twenty minutes and is quite soothing. Alas, it smells like an experiment in herb mixing gone terribly, terribly wrong. The smell lingers long after the pillow has been put in a ziplock bag, and it's extraordinarily foul. A shame, too, as it feels great on my neck and shoulders.

I bought three of these. The fabric is fabulous, a dream to have near the skin. The weight is fabulous, just heavy enough to make tense shoulders relax from pure gravity and not so heavy as to feel like it's making things worse. So, what's not so fabulous? The herb mix. I'm seriously considering weighing them, cutting them open and putting in the herb mix from some other packs I have. They smell like nothing but lemon grass. I work with herbs quite a bit and smell no cinnamon or lavender in these. They may be there, but the balance is just not soothing, in fact it's more invigorating... so if you need invigorating, chill this one and it's your baby. All in all, Almost Fabulous...

I bought this product for my mother who wakes up every morning with a stiff neck and unable to turn her head. After using the neck wrap every morning for 2 weeks, she swears that she doesn't know what she did without it for all these years; it makes her feel that good!

This is so much better then what I expected..
Its soft, it Smells Soooo Good, allot of Lavender, mint to me! But comes with many more herbs inside....
The material is soft, it's like a fleece material...
I just put it into the microwave, the warmth feels fantastic, and seems to stay warm for a long time.

I have not tried to use it cooled, so I do no know how it would work like that!

I have tried a few of these, but I think this is the best one.
It doesn't feel like my neck is being squshed up..
This lays flat, where every you want it.
I would think you could use this anywhere on your body where you would have pain, or just want some warmth.

I also just bought a new one from Ebay,Called, BeatiControl which does not compare. It's not as soft,very hard, and the scent is awful.

For the price I paid for this, this is a real bargain!

It heats up great, smells wonderful and has a moist heat to it that feels amazing!

My only complaint is that my family members keeps stealing it from me! lol It does an awesome job in not just keeping you warm, but relieving tension and pain!

This neck wrap is good one for neck message. One thing i like is its smell and it fits good around your neck. But you have to heat it in the microwave everytime before use..Overall it is good for neck message.

I have TMJ and this neck wrap works great!
It smells great too!
