I've been wanting one of these for awhile, but I felt like they were over-priced. Amazon had this on sale at a price I just couldn't pass up, about five bucks. So the scent is definately strong, but it's a nice strong and feels very therapeutic and relaxing. The black cover is soft and velveety feeling, actually much nicer than some similar pacs I've seen for much more money. It's easy to use and stays warm for as long as I need it. I keep it in a big ziploc bag so it retains it's herbal scent and properties.

I just wish I had bought a few more for gifts.

The herbal concepts hot/cold comfort pac, smells wonderful and offers slightly moist heat when microwaved. It can be used in many ways and the heat and aroma are wonderful. It is just the right size for many different uses. A great help for aches and pains!

I bought this to use heated for my back and it has been a life saver. Love the removeable washable cover and it has a nice scent and stays hot for a long time.

Works well as far as warmth goes, but it smells strongly (a smell that is not horrible, but not wonderful enough to smell that strongly). Also, not a super big deal, but you can't heat the cover, you have to take it out, heat, and then put back in.

This item works great. It was a little bigger than I thought it would be, but it works just fine and it has helped a lot.

I love these heat packs by herbal concepts. I have the neck wrap as well and both are fantastic. I use them for everything from neck/shoulder pain, back pain, cramps, and muscle soreness. The heat is a moist heat so it penetrates to the muscles. They heat up in the microwave in 5 minutes (I have found to get them to heat evenly it's best to shake the pack up every minute) and the heat lasts for 20 minutes or so. I highly recommend these.

While the pack smells great it doesn't hold the heat long enough. I thought it would have rice or cherry pits in it that would hold the heat longer for better relief.

Heating for 2 minutes made this warm but not very warm. So i heated it for 3 minutes and it must have toasted the herbs inside. Now it stinks of burnt toast and the smell will not go away. I have other heat pads/bags which can be heated for this long and do not emit a burnt smell. Very disappointing.

this product was great! I had others like it in the past and this was far better. The removable cover was the best part because it can just be thrown in the wash.

Both my husband and I are dancers... My husband had a knee surgery about 6 years ago and it is important we take care of our joints... especially during winter time. At beginning I ordered one Herbal Concepts Hot/Cold Comfort Pac with Removeable Cover, Blue as well as the original bed buddy one. The bed buddy one (white without cover) gets dirty quickly and you cannot wash it. The Herbal Concepts one is so easy to use and the fabric feels soft. After using the first one... I have ordered few more (including the shoulder one). During winter I would use them to warm up my bed. They are really great... I do have a recommendation to the manufacture, if they can make the cover with an easy snap on so the cover can stay closed.
