A super boost of energy (but take it with caution),

This tea it's really great in the middle of the morning instead of coffee. I took it everyday before and during my exercise routine. It is very refreshing, is kind of bitter (green tea and mate tea) but I like it that way.
Be careful if you have a tachycardia condition, or if you are very sensitive in your nervous system (as I am) because if I take this with Total Control they give arrhythmia, so I have to take it early in the morning before eating. Another thing, is that one day I took it with my dinner, and Oh God! I couldn't sleep until 3 in the morning!!!! Anything but that, it's great and really works!

I drank this tea for several months, and really loved it. I had more energy, more focus and exercised longer after drinking the tea. I used it hot, and cold in iced tea. Both tasted fine. Not something you'd serve to guests, but it tastes okay. It doubled my energy levels. I'm in my mid 30's with two young kids, so energy levels are key!
I'd give it 5 stars, only it doesn't taste "great" and when I stopped taking it, I would experience huge energy crashes. My body really got used to it. It wasn't the caffeine--I continued to drink regular tea and coffee. But there are other energy herbs that really affect your metabolism, and my metabolism really crashed once I stopped taking it.

I dont like tea, but when my boyfriend introduced this to me and I tried it to humor him, I was really surprised in how good this was, its very smooth, and so easy to make. I like it hot or cold doesnt matter to me. Its my so called coffee in the morning, I get up at 4am during the week, I work out at 5am just before I have to go into work (by 7am).
