Take it from a person who has always felt the need to nap whenever possible because of how tired I always am, THIS PRODUCT WORKS! Not only did this help me feel really energized throughout the day, it also helped my Husband too. He would call me out of the blue and tell me how much he was getting done at work because he had the energy to do it. I also stopped napping during the afternoon which is pretty amazing considering I use to take one almost daily after work. We cannot recommend this product more. My bottle ran out and I can tell because I am back to feeling tired throughout the day again.

This product will not make you feel jittery. I use this product along with the Herbalife shakes, celluloss, cell activator, and a multi vitamin and the weight is dropping off of me FAST! If you are skeptical about the Herbalife program, well I was too, but both my Husband & I both feel better on this plan than any other that we have tired, and believe me we have tried pretty much every plan out there. I do not sell Herbalife, this review is simply letting everyone know how amazing it really is.

I have taken many of the herbalife products BUT Total Control by far is my favorite. It boosts your energy level up and really helps with weight loss.

Total Control is by far the best energy supplement I have found. It really does increase your energy levels without leaving you "jittery" or feeling like you're going to have a cardiac episode like other ephedra and/or caffeine pills. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is ready to adopt a healthy lifestyle. Incorporating Total Life into a healthy diet and moderate exercise routine has helped me loose an additional 10lbs so far. Just by giving me the energy to become more active in my daily routine. Definitely worth my money! Thanks!

I agree with the other reviews. I find it works well for energy during the day, but if I take in afternoon - I just dont sleep.

I don't really know what good this was doing for making me lose weight, but it does have the same amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee(84mg). Shapeworks advises taking it three times a day, I suggest 2 unless you need to pull an all nighter for some reason. And if that's the case, skip the coffee or you'll never sleep again.

This product does deliver in the energy department. I take one pill in the morning and one pill around 3. This gives me plenty of energy to last the day, but I am still able to go to sleep at night. With that said be careful with this pill. On my second day I decided to take the recommended 3 pills. Huge mistake. I felt off after I took the 3rd pill. I wasn't jittery or shaky but I felt hot, my pulse was really fast and I was light headed. When I looked at myself in the mirror my face and neck were bright red. I had to put a cold cloth on my face and take deep breathes to calm down. Needless to say, I didn't take any for a few days. Another problem I have with this pill is that it doesn't suppress my appetite.

All in all I won't buy this product again. I gave it three stars because it does deliver on the energy without the shakes but too much of it and-at least it seemed to me-to raise your blood pressure.

these things work good but again you must combine a good workout plan to get the results your looking for along with a eating plan as well

If you don't mind fitfull sleeping when you do sleep its an okay product. Just remember rest is also important for a healthy lifestyle and this doesn't allow appropriate rest. It is not a good appetite control either. Energy was great...but as stated you need to rest also.

I let myself go by the reviews previewed in this site but this is the worst product for appetite control I have ever tried, and I have tried them all. What is that about energy booster? I have taken 6 pills and I am sleepier than ever. My appetite has not changed at all and is like if I have taken nothing. Please....what type of hype is this? This product is just inefficient and it lacks any results whatsoever. I want my money back. What were these people who reviewed on? This is just a placebo. I am highly disappointed and feel taken
