I bought this little e-book because I grow cone flower (echinacea) in my garden. I knew there were healing properties in the plant, but I didn't know how to harvest the plants--or even what parts of the plant to use. It turns out that every part of the plant is safe! There is a different method for preparing the root than the leaves, and there is a peak time to harvest each. This valuable information was very helpful not only in the medicinal use of the plant but in the growing of it. Plus, the history of the plant is very interesting. Great book!

Short book packed with information. It covers all aspects of growing, harvesting and caring for your Echinacea plant. Recipes for tinctures, as well as recommendations for use are included.
A great resource to have if you are new to growing Echinacea.

This is a nice little how-to book. It is very simple and straightforward, so it is very user friendly. If you are interested in using your own fresh/dried/powered echinacea, this is a great starting point.

I like the Kindle version as I can always refer back to a page when I need something about Echinacea. A definite worthwhile addition to any Echinacea grower's library. I've been using this to improve my ability to grow both native cultivars and hybrids and have drastically improved my success.
