This review is from: An Herbalist's Guide to Growing & Using Echinacea: A Storey Country Wisdom Bulletin (Kindle Edition)
I bought this little e-book because I grow cone flower (echinacea) in my garden. I knew there were healing properties in the plant, but I didn't know how to harvest the plants--or even what parts of the plant to use. It turns out that every part of the plant is safe! There is a different method for preparing the root than the leaves, and there is a peak time to harvest each. This valuable information was very helpful not only in the medicinal use of the plant but in the growing of it. Plus, the history of the plant is very interesting. Great book!

This is a nice little how-to book. It is very simple and straightforward, so it is very user friendly. If you are interested in using your own fresh/dried/powered echinacea, this is a great starting point.
