5.0 out of 5 stars This is a very excellent and creative book.
It is obvious that Mancuso is creative in the fact that she has put together so many great tasting recipes. They span every type of food, from sauces to seafood to dessert. Also, the addition of gift ideas was a great idea. My mom loves the recipes, as well as myself!

Nothing here I can use. Lot of ingredients that hard to find. A lot of recipes that are kinda "out there" for a cook just starting to learn to cook with wine. Lamb? Huh. Maybe on the cooking channel. Lamb is hard to find around here unless you raise them yourself.

I found this book highly enjoyable. The recipes are written well and easy to understand. The recipes were easy to cook, even for a beginner like me. The food tastes great and the whole family loves the food.

This book has a lot of great tips and gift ideas along with delicious recipies. I have made a few of the herbed-wines with great success. I love that the instructions are easy to follow! I even gave them as gifts to friends and family along with a copy of one of the recipies, and they all loved it! What I really love, is that you can mix and match various recipies with the wines and come up with a totally new taste!

In the sauces, the wines don't reduce well. The flavors are too strong for the dishes. At first glance, the recipies look good, but they dom't stand up to cooking.
