I was surprised to see there is no review for this book. So I decided to throw one in.
I read this book many, many years ago and I remember loving it (maybe I'll read it again,) and there is one part of the book I still remember clearly: the story of scalability; when Herbert Dow put together his concoction in a cup, that was one thing---when he tried it in a larger, commercial, scale, he was unpleasantly surprised. There is a universal truth in that story worth reading. |
