About the Author
Bonnie Dehn has been in the herb-growing business for twenty years as Dehn's Garden, a family farm that supplies herbs to stores and restaurants in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. She is also in demand as a cooking class instructor and speaker. Co-author Jan Benskin has worked in the gourmet food arena and also does cooking classes and speaking engagements.
