Perfect product. I have 5 of them with out a single complaint. If I had to complain I would say the plastic anchors are a little sub par, but I used my own anyway. I also installed small rubber door stops behind each guitar because they are hanging in a hall way where they could get bumped into the wall. Under normal circumstances the guitar hangs plenty far enough from the wall (even a full size acoustic). Click on my name above for a picture of guitars hanging, shouldn't the manufacturer show you that?

This is a very secure way to store your guitar up out of the way and off the floor. Padded arms protect the guitar and the self closing tabs make it so the instrument will not slip off and also prevents my little ones from pulling it off the mount. You need to lift the guitar to open the tabs then remove it from the mount. Very ingenious. I have two and I am completely satisfied.

I highly recommend this product to anyone that has both guitars and children in the house. The guitar rests against a padded surface. It allows the guitar to be placed well out of reach of little children and with its clamp keeps it from falling it out when older kids get curious.

Having the guitar off the floor stand also makes the room much easier to clean and looks great on the wall.

Construction is sturdy and looks good in our family room. It is very easy to hang. If there is any downside to this product is that it came with a type of drywall anchor that I have seen fail in the past; if you can not attach it to a wooden stud then I recommend getting some good self drilling nylon wallboard screw anchors here is an example:Simpson Strong Tie SWN06 #6 Sure Wall Nylon Drywall Anchor 100 per Box

I have 3 of these and they all hold up. It even holds my bass with only drywall screws. I recommend putting your own screws in it though. It hangs the guitar a bit far out from the wall, but its good so they don't hit the wall. The locking system works great, nothing to complain about I recommend this product.

Used these for years on son's electric guitars. No fuss. Mechanics do not seems to wear out, still gripping. No way at all to knock the guitar off the wall. No neck damage to axes. Mounts well, but try to find a stud, certainly. Keeps the guitar far enough away from wall that brushing against it does not hit the body to the wall.

No complaints. If you're going to drill your wall, is it really worth it to buy a simple fork style wall hanger with no means to keep your guitar on it if it gets bumped when for a few bucks more you can get the undisputed champion of guitar wall hangers. All 5 star reviews on this baby. And I agree.

I purchased this at a music store for $20. It works much better than expected. When you hang the guitar the weight of the guitar closes the grips around the neck so it is very secure but does not harm the instrument. It holds the guitar away from the wall and all you do is lift the guitar and the spring loaded mechanism releases the guitar as you lift. It comes with mounting hardware as well but depending on where you mount the unit, you may need to find different screws (2 required). I will be buying more of these as gifts for my friends. Overall - Brilliant!

I live in a small apartment, floor space is limited so a typical floor guitar stand wasn't going to work in my office area. My acoustic looks great on the wall and the mount went up easy! They even included mounting screws and drywall anchors, no need to line up with a stud.I purchased a wall bumper as well - but even my gibson super jumbo acoustic is about 4 inches away from the wall - no way it will bump.

Works great. Smooth transaction. Much handier and safer than a guitar stand. I find that I have time to play my guitars more often now that I don't have to dig them out of a closet, open the case, play a few minutes and then have to put them back away. Now they are all in easy reach. I just lift it from the wall, play a few minutes and hang it back up. Wish I had done this long ago!

Excellent product, very safe for when your guitars are "hanging" around kids, drunks or unstable people!! Flip down locks are great. Bought 2 from a local guitar store and hung then in my house, thought they were great and wanted more but what I paid locally was a bit steep (that's why at first I only bought 2) then I found them on Amazon for more than half what I paid + got free shipping + paid no tax + wasted no gas (I get 10 MPG if I'm lucky).... Should have shopped Amazon first... I now have 6 hanging around the house showing off some of my favorite guitars. Will buy more in the future and have already recommended them and Amazon to my friends.... Which some told me I should have done in the first place.... Ya live and learn right..

I have used and seen a lot of wall mounts, but the first time I saw a Hercules I knew that was the type of wall mount for my guitars that I wanted. I bought one and am extremely satisfied in the way it works and the security I feel with putting one of my guitars on it. This is a must buy for people who want to hang guitars on the wall.
