This item was exactly what it said it was and in excellent condition. Great songs. All the songs from the show.

Alan Menken was the king of Disney and had the magic touch when it came to making his songs sound magical and unique. He was so talented at arranging that he could make you feel like you were in the middle of an Arabian desert (Aladdin), in an enchanted Victorian ball room (Beauty and the Beast), or fathoms under a big open sea (The Little Mermaid). This music brings you back to a time when Greece was in the middle of its mythology and the Gods were believed to control ever aspect of the earth. The music is simply amazing and sounds like it could have came off of Broadway. These songs are all arranged very professionally and if played right, can sound like you are a professional. There aren't many songs in this book, but it includes every song from the movie, the beautiful solo Go the Distance, to the quirky One Last Hope, to the gospel sounding Zero to Hero. Many Disney fans will recognize these classical songs and children of the 90s will be fond of this music since we grew up with these Disney classics, which are much better than the CGI Pixar movies of today, no offense to you fans but those come nowhere near these 90s cartoon animations. Anyways its all here and this book is what you are looking for if you liked the music of Hercules and can play piano, it is arranged as if it came directly from the Disney song writing legend Alan Menken.

The "Go the Distance" sheet music in this book is excellent. It is a lot better than the other Disney 'collection' type of sheet music books. A nice collectible item, but you can find it at your library. I uploaded a video of the "Go the Distance" song from this book on youtube [username timmyng531].
