A must read
Exuberant illustrations - absolute joy and energy throughout. This is a wonderful story about differences, change, and acceptance for all, but a great tool for families of young children planning an addition.

HONNNNNNNNNK! HONNNNNNNNNK!
One fine day, Gander and Goose come to visit Rabbit and Froggie with their new Gosling for a picnic. Froggie can't wait till they arrive. Singing a song, and hopping around, Froggie helps Rabbit to find a picnic spot. Making spinach salad and carrot cake, and taking a bath, Froggie sings in expectation all the while. One fine day, Gander and Goose come to visit Rabbit and Froggie with their new Gosling for a picnic. Froggie can't wait till they arrive. Singing a song, and hopping around, Froggie helps Rabbit to find a picnic spot. Making spinach salad and carrot cake, and taking a bath, Froggie sings in expectation all the while. When Gander, Goose and Gosling arrive, Gosling cries and cries: "HONNNNNNNNNNK! HONNNNNNNNNNK!," until Froggie reveals his special toy, Mr. Green. Gosling stops crying, and all the characters picnic and play. Froggie reads tales to Gosling, until it is finally time for bed. Children ages 3-6 will enjoy this humorous story.
