Editorial Reviews

From the Author

Prophecy has and will continue to be an area of strong interest. What will our future hold? What is left in the prophetic roadmap? We address all the major issues directly from the words of Jesus, such as The Tribulation, The Weeks Of Daniel, Global Disasters or Catastrophes, Earthquakes, Astronomical Events, Civil and Political Unrest, The Antichrist, Islam, The Exact Time of Christ Return, The Future of Israel and much, much more. This text is not for the faint of heart. This book covers one of the grandest sermons of Christ: "The Olivet Discourse." In the process of this exegesis, it traces the historical development of current popular views such as pre/post tribulationalism and looks at the historical position of Christian eschatology from the first century A.D. both among the New Testament authors and early "Church Fathers" up to present time. This is perhaps one of the most powerful expositions you will find on the defense of the Church’s historical position of prophecy. It examines the historical position of Christian thought regarding the Antichrist, and other topics such as possible hidden clue’s in the original languages of the text that aren’t apparent in the English translation. This text also includes an extensive Glossary that covers all the terms used in the text, so you don’t have to be a theologian to understand it. It addresses some concepts, which you will find in no other text, which have been hidden from times past. A must read! --This text refers to the Hardcover edition.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great book!, September 2, 2005
This review is from: From Here To Eternity (Hardcover)
I have just finished reading the book. It is excellent. I have never heard anyone explain the Olivet Discourse before like this author does. Some of the terms are a little advanced but the glossary made it a plus. He gives some great historical background about the Antichrist. What I found unique was the points of prophetic dualism surrounding prophecy, and the clear contradictions he points out in some modern theories. A definite must read if you were to pick any book on prophecy, I have read everything from "The Late Great Planet Earth", "Before the Last Battle: Armageddon", "The Rise of Babylon: Sign of the End Times", and even recently Tim LaHaye & Jerry B. Jenkins book "The Regime: Countdown to the Rapture Series", etc. None of them address the contradictions that exist with multiple resurrections, judgments etc that Mr. Quidera address when discussing the book of Revelations chaps.19-21.
Two thumbs up!
