"Here I Go Again", the sophomore release of Gospel artist Vanessa Williams, is a wonderful CD. I really wish the customer who purchased it thinking he was getting a CD by the other Miss Williams should have opened it. He would have been pleasantly surprised. Vanessa has been sharing her gifted voice with gospel audiences for years. She has been a backup singer with Yolanda Adams on several projects, and is still one of the members of Richard Smallwood's group, Vision. Her first CD, Vanessa, was great, but this one tops it! I implore "Music Fan" to keep his CD, open it, and enjoy. Even if you're not a fan of gospel, you'll love this CD.

Nice tunes. I especially enjoy "He's Concerned About You" Pick this one up if you like inspirational music.

I love this CD and can listen to all the tracks at once or just have a few on repeat at a time: the fact of the matter is that the CD is diverse and Vanessa's voice is nothing less than a perfect gift from God. You will not be displeased with the purchase of this CD. From the simplistic, yet moving title track "Here I Go Again" to the bouncy, upbeat "Still the Same" to the artist's own track "Joy Comes With the Son": you will exposed to Vanessa's captivating voice which is full of range. You can also check out her 1st CD which is self entitled for more listening enjoyment. Tracks on that CD are writtten by some of the well known names in the gospel music industry: Fred Hammond, Paul Allen and J. Moss (aka PAJAM),Steven Ford....and last but certainly not least the Maestro Richard Smallwood. On that note, you can get a two-for-one bonus by purchasing any of Richard Smallwood's CDs where he is accompanied by his group Vision. You probably heard Angels from the first CD recorded with Vision. This melody is led by two talented artists: Vanessa and Maurette-Brown Clark. All I cansay is Vanessa is anointed and has certainly worked with many high profile gospel artists; this should be enough to tell you that purchasing any of this artist's music would be well worth the investment..... I liked her first CD, but this one is really something! I'm sure she get's jokes all the time about her name. Hopefully she won't let that slow her down. She has a wonderful voice and great producers, too! I'd highly reccommend it to Christian/Gospel as well as other music lovers. Thanks for reminding me GB!

I am thorougly enjoying "Here I Go Again", and realize that lots of people share the same name. I'm glad Miss Williams didn't let her name keep her from singing. Because "music fan" may not have a clue who Christian artist Vanessa Williams is, it does not diminish her voice, Amazon's support of it, or the music he/shecould have included in his/her collection, or even shared with a friend. Listen to any and all of Grammy winner, piano virtuoso, writer and producer Richard Smallwood's music with his fantastic group "Vision"(which is where my family first heard her), pick up her first CD, "Vanessa", and you'll find you'll miss a real treat by sending it back. I hope she isn't discouraged. Keep singing Vanessa!

Very Nice Album...Very Balance...I like "Because of You", some ince R&B like tracks,,,but she's not afraid to say JESUS....Way to go!....Get this...Ben Tankard is also good

She has done it "once again". I was so excited when "Vanessa", her first CD, was released. I listen to it at least once a week. I anxiously awaited the release of "Here I Go Again" because I knew it would be even better. I was not disappointed. Once again Vanessa has shared inspirational messages thru songs with everyone who listens to the CD. Her singing talent and sincere love for God can be heard in each and every song. Now this CD is right next to her first one, and I listen to both of them "again and again".

I love Vanessa Williams and ordered this CD sight unseen. Imagine my surprise when I got the CD and saw the pictures. I haven't a clue as to who this person is because she is not the Vanessa Williams of Comfort Zone fame. Amazon should list this CD separately to avoid further confusion. I am returning it unopened. Caveat emptor.
