I saw this concert when it was first broadcast on network television during Thanksgiving season in 1993. I taped it since I wouldn't be home to watch it the night it aired. It was only a passing thought to tape this concert since I wasn't really a Mariah fan at the time. That weekend my husband and I decided to view the tape of that concert and I almost died. It was so fantastic and both of us sat speechless in a trance through the entire thing. As soon as the concert video came out in the store, we got it. I have worn out two and am on my third one. In my opinion this was Mariah at her best. I love the old Mariah much better than today's version. Her music was so pure back then. We have all the current video's too, but this one will always hit the mark as the best ever with me. I never get tired of watching and listening to her in it. I will be ready to purchase it again and again.

This vid./concert is filled with her performing her best hits up until '93 live,the "Dreamlover" music vid., and Mariah hanging out with her best friends! I whole-heartedly recommend this vid. to any Mariah fan!

I love this video! She sings lots of her best songs. It also has the Dreamlover video on it. It has lots of interviews with her and her friends.

Mariah Carey is the best singer to ever grace God's green earth. Her voice is the 8th wonder of the world. She is beautiful and her performance in this video, as always, exceeds expectaions. 2 thumbs UP!!!

This concert, which garnered exceptionally high ratings in its Thanksgiving airing, epitomizes everything that is great about Mariah Carey. Admittedly, it's from her first 'incarnation' as a curly-haired all-american girl crooning pop love songs, but she still has some of it going on for her today. Mariah brings the house down with her simple charm, catchy-yet-irresistible love songs and that voice that helped her sell more than 160 million albums worldwide. A definite standout is her take on the Nilsson classic, "Without You". I'm so glad the video for this song was extracted from this concert. It's a superb performance where Mariah gives her all. I warmly recommand this one.

I really like mariah carey. she is my favorite singer of all times. just about anything she release I loved. this home vedio is my favorite home vedio ever. she performs my favorite songs like "Dreamlover" "hero" "Vision of love" "Love takes time" "Make it happen" and "Anytime you need a friend"

Mariah is one of a kind performer and can't be compared to any one in the world. I just get goosebumps listening and watching Mariah!

This tape had a very interestng arrangement of songs genres, but they all seemed to fit very well together and get her powerful messages across. Her elegance in this video really makes her songs more heart felt.

I had borrowed this video once from my brother before. After returning it, I couldn't lessen my "desire" for watching it again. So I bought this for my own.... I was totally mesmerized by Mariah with this video.

This is a real good thing any fan of hers should see and have. I like her soft and lovely smile as well as her singing. All songs sung here are great. In particular, "Any Time You Need A Friend"(with amazing chorus) and "I'll Be There" are most impressive. END
