I saw Vince Jones Live at the Basement in Sydney, when this album was released, and was completely blown away by his performance. This was my introduction to Jazz, and I enjoyed it so much that I went to 7 performances in 7 nights. Vince has one of the most expressive voices I have ever heard, and is backed up by a fantastic band. If you are not able to catch him live then do yourself a favour and check out his CD.
