5.0 out of 5 stars This is my Uncle Irv!!!, June 17, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Heritage of Broadway: Cole Porter (Audio CD)
This is a brilliant record not only because my uncle arranged and recorded the songs. It was recorded to demonstrate the wonders of stereo recording when that technology was new. Recorded in 1963 or 4 for Time records, it stands up now. It's brilliant arranging, and some of America's greatest studio musicians appear on it. Buy it and enjoy!!! (Irv says his favorite track is "Easy to Love", recorded in 2 takes)
