The series ending of the story doesn't leave you with any annoyance or irritation, it pretty much just leaves you with a feeling of "Meh,It's over". The one biggest flaw of the series is the massive cliches of characters and their stories we've seen rewritten and released in previous other animes though somewhat better then in this one sadly. It is a little sad too, the overall story isn't bad neither or the characters if you can get past the cliche personalities and background stories the series just doesn't have the spark like many more favorable series do like Full Metal Alchemist or Bleach or Fairy Tail. You mostly seem to follow the story until the end hoping that there's going to be more added into the series that will make it more excitable to watch and sadly that doesn't really happen. The voice cast did a superb job though both for the English and Japanese voice audio tracks and the animation is done decently well too a little reminiscent of the new FMA:Brotherhood release. If you can get this set or wait until the complete series is released in June then I still say add this to your anime collection but just keep the expectations down on your feelings when you watch the show...

Pretty much you can copy and paste my review from part one because there is much of the same here. I am just going to say that part II is better than part one, the action picks up and the story develops on the same path. Ryuko goes through hell, but that was to be expected as the pieces were set up for that in part I.
My biggest complaint is the ending. I don't mind happy endings, but this anime went overboard with it. Things turned out too well at the end.
Hero Tales is still worth a look, its on Net Flicks, check it out there.
