Worth it if the price is right... as in free.,

This guide came bundled with a package set of HoMM III and IV. The most useful information it has are the tables, which are the same as what's in the manual. However, in the bundle, the manual was electronic, so it was nice to have a hard copy. Other than that, close to useless.
