Not what I was expecting,
This review is from: Heroes - Original Soundtrack (MP3 Download)
When I heard this soundtrack was going to be released I was excited about reliving the great moments from the first season. So its very disappointing to find like 4 minutes worth of score on this album! What happened to the END CREDITS or the PETER VERSUS SYLAR cues? These are just samples of an entire season of great cues left out. I only purchased the FIRE AND REGENERATION track. I wouldn't spend anymore on this album. Yeah, I'm disappointed to say the least. I hope this is just the companion album to a future score only release! You care about film score? Save your pennies and just buy the 2nd track of the album. Don't mind the rest of the cues? Buy the album then.

Seriously lacking...,

The score for the show is amazing. Sadly, there is only one decent score song on here (Fire & Regeneration). I've watched the season more than a couple times, and I can't remember hearing most of the songs on here. The two "songs" that stand out the most (for me) from the series, "Ooh La La" by Goldfrapp and "Mustang Sally" by Wilson Pickett, aren't on here.I want Sylar's theme. The whole thing too, not a 30 second sound bit.

Does not have "Eyes",

I am quite surprised to see that "Eyes" from Rogue Wave was not included on the soundtrack. That song played in the pilot episode of season one during the eclipse scene. To me that song embodied Heroes fully and set the tone for what would unfold into a wonderful story. A shame it could not have been included.
