5.0 out of 5 stars An eye opening and thought provoking book.
The title itself speaks to the truth. It is a "heroic path" that one must take in order to really try to find oneself, get to know oneself. The title itself speaks to the truth. It is a "heroic path" that one must take in order to really try to find oneself, get to know oneself. My eyes were opened going into this book, but I had no idea how much more there was to know, learn and understand. Angela Trafford is a spiritual teacher, who has a wish and a hope for all people to find the love within themselves and each other. There were several times throughout the book, when I thought the author was speaking directly to me. She has a great understanding of the human spirit.
