My husband bought me this as I have been hinting that I need an exercise machine for home. I now have had this machine for about 3 months, and I gotta tell you, am loving this. My arms are more toned, I have reduced the flab, and my legs are more shapely. It really is a wonderful piece of machine. At first it was hard for me to use since it does not use any weights. So am not sure what weights I am working out at. But I have come to realize that this is so much better than the weight machines. With this I can change how hard I am working out simply by changing my speed. The faster and harder I push, the more resistance I feel. I don't ever have to get up out of the station just to change the weights. On top of that, the resistance goes both ways. When I pull up on the curl station, I am working out my biceps, but on the way down, I have to push down and it works out my triceps. It literally cuts my work out time in half. You can feel it work on the first try.
Great product.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to look for a convenient and fun, total-workout station.

This is probably the most effective and easiest machine i have ever used. I used to go to my gym, but with the kids and everything, i just don't have the time. Then i saw this machine. It gives me a great workout while i am at home, i don't have to waste any more time driving to the gym and back.
This has every exercise imaginable. But my favorite is the glut and thigh station. It has really toned my legs and i now fit into my jeans better. I have this in the back yard under the porch for now, but with the wheels, i usually wheel it into the garage when it gets cold outside or when it rains.
I would definitely recommend this to all the moms out there.
