Hers MS-90 Mini Stepper with Twister Plate

This machine while not expensive did just what I wanted it to. Does not take much room in the house either. A good addition to my workout.

This mini stepper is similar to the "Impex Easy Step Plus Mini-Stepper with Twist Board " except that the electronic counter is more basic (it gives time and counter only). The package arrived in pretty bad shape and one piece of plastic (where you put your feet) was broken. I didn't want to deal with replacing it so I use some epoxy and it works fine. The manual to assemble the whole thing is bad but it is pretty easy to assemble it. You can setup the height of the step very easily. If you want it to be more compact, you can remove the twister plate. I like the small weights coming with it. I recommend it !

This stepper gives a good workout and has a good range of motion.
However, it is difficult to move around and the twister could crush your finger(s) if you forget it does not lock in position.
The thing I'm most upset about is the cable that controls the tenion and the foot peddles just snapped in the middle of a workout. I only had the stepper about 4/5 months before the cable broke and to repair or replace it the whole bottom needs to be taken apart. Plus I have not been able to get a replacement from the manufacturer. I think if you are a beginner this is a good product for you. If you are more aggessive find something more heavy duty.

I've had this machine for probably 6 or 7 years now, and it is still holding up. It's great because it's compact, but does the job. The only drawback is that you should expect to replace the cable (the part that actually makes it operate) VERY frequently. The part isn't expensive, but expect to order lots of them from the company, because they wear out in no time flat, and the greater resistance you have set on the machine (and thus the better workout you'll get), the faster they'll wear out.

This machine is compact and easy to assemble and use. It is great for a quick workout!

It was a very horrible buy. Within a month the stepper went out. I had to throw it away. Trying to fix it would have cost me more than to buy a new one. Don't buy.

When i bought this product it came missing a screw, I bought one of the same size to replace it from the hardware store. The screw was part of the holder for the weights on the side (which is still in tact). The pole wobbles as you step, no matter how tight the screws are (there are 8 total, 4 at each direction on the base and 4 at each direction in the middle holding the poles together). The pulley system under the steps, slips regularly if you don't have a consistent stepping motion. And last but not least the wire for the step counter was exposed because there was no way to hide it with the way the designed it, so it was easily pulled out of the back by a child. I'm disappointed in this product it really looked like it might actually be worth it.

I actually brought this stepper years ago and absoulutley love it! It is compact and not combersome. I absoultely love the twister too. It slims your waist. I roomated with a friend and left the stepper part behind.DONT YOU KNOW SHE THREW IT OUT! I still have the twister plate and use it, by holding on to the wall, but its not the same. and i have been trying to replace it since. I will be getting this again!

The machine itself is fine. However, there were parts missing and it wasn't very easy to put together.
Missing parts were shipped quickly though and a real person answered the phone.
