It covers the entire spectrum of chocolate know how, from the history of chocolate, the preparation of the primary products, and the various forms that chocolate takes to a stunning variety of chocolate recipes. For anyone who likes chocolate, and who doesn't, this is a treasurehouse of a cookbook.

If you have only had store bought chocolate pudding you have not tasted what pudding should be. True, it will take more effort, but once you have tried it (especially warm with bread and butter to dip) you will never call that other stuff pudding again. Lots of great recipes in this one.

If you are looking for a great, whimsical book then you have to pickup a copy. It's cute to see the original recipes and some of the old pictures too.

If you love chocolate you have to get this book! Brownies, Almond Nuggets, Pecan Pralines, Butterscotch Pie... all using chocolate. You can't go wrong.
