My wife often refers to me as a geek, yet the provided documentation was nothing to brag about. I have yet been able to raise or lower the monitors with the provided hex tool. I made an honest attempt writing to HP, that was a story by its self, and when contacted ended up talking to four different individuals...end result I know as much as I did at the beginning, and still not able to figure out how to raise or lower the monitors with the hex tool. Otherwise, it's awesome with the two HP 2159m monitors I am using. Plus, I like having the replicator in the docking station area which frees up need space. I am actually looking at replacing my personal PC with another HP business (Elitebook) laptop so I can use both monitors mirror my work setup.
