I ordered ink cartridges and never received them. After waiting about a week I called the company to find out what happened to my order. I got some laid back guy on the phone who told me "oh that's back-ordered" and he wasn't sure when it would be in. They never informed of this in any manner. Not a good way to do business. I cancelled the order.

I was nervous about using remanufactured cartridges, but I had to do something about the outrageous cost of ink cartridges. I bought both and they've worked out great.

I purchased this Product in Sept 2011 for my HP Printer. It arrived promptly and worked ok. However after only FOUR months it has failed. The manufacture claims these cartridges are guaranteed 100%. I would expect it to last longer than four months under moderate use. My money is wasted and I can't use my printer until I purchase a new cartridge.

I was very skeptical about ordering re-manufactured ink cartridges, but these were so inexpensive I figured it was worth a try. I ordered 2 black cartridges the first time. The order arrived promptly and worked every bit as well as the new ones I buy at Sam's Club. I thought I had a problem with the second one which I was not installing until several months after the initial order, so I contacted them and they were very nice. They told me what to check and said if there were any problems to let them know because they were under warranty for a year. The problem as it turned out was on my end. I had not installed it properly. I have since reordered black cartridges multiple times and have been pleased with the prompt shipping as well as the product each time.I have just recently ordered a color cartridge. Hope that works out as well!

although it is cheap, it offers you quality. until now, there is no problem with the cartridge. it works great and if you are a student like me you will like this product.

The ink is fine, only problem is that on a HP it won't show the level of ink since its not an original HP version.
