Digital Camera Purchase,

The service was very prompt, within 2 days my item was shipped. When it arrived however, I was very disappointed. The camera did not come with a start up disk, a USB attachment, or even an instruction manual. When the batteries were in place, the door to the battery compartment would not close. I took 6 pictures and the memory was full and couldn't figure out how to change the resolution. I gave the camera away. I really don't fault the camera, instead my issue is with the refurbisher.
