It basically has the same tech specs as the last one (check my Season 1 review for more details), but here's what episodes are included in the DVD!:

Looks like "Biosquare" will have to wait until Season 3!

- All of the disks are 115 minutes long, except the last, which is 92 minutes. It's 459 mins all together. ^^ 19 eps~
- It comes with a different 'episode selection' screen than Season 1, but I can't take screenshots now XD (and it's not that big a deal, lols)

- Oh, my personal favorite episodes in this Season are "What's Opera, Arnold?", "Arnold's Halloween", "Monkey Business", "Helga's Boyfriend", and "Runaway Float" lol! But these are all subjective, mind you. ;)

This is an Amazon exclusive and won't be sold in stores. Amazon worked out a deal with nickelodeon to "Burn on demand" meaning upon receiving an order that Amazon will create the dvd and insert then ship it to the buyer...

I've been waiting a long time hey arnold episodes on dvd, so heres another reason to luv Amazon!

Audio and picture quality in these dvd's are excellent, Arnold looks great and colors are stunning, the high definition definitely makes a difference but don't expect any dvd extras at all.

Hey Arnold's season-2 disc set includes 4 dvd's that have a total of 37 episodes,

1.Save the tree (Arnold helps save the oldest tree in the neighborhood from being cut down)
2.New teacher (The school kids drive their teacher Mr.simmon's to quit, only later to regret it and beg him to come back)

This is the best Hey Arnold season yet. This was the first Hey Arnold set I got and I think I made the correct choice. The picture on this set is very good although if you try it in a PS2 or PS3 it skips durring lightning scenes. Here are the episodes this 4 disc set contains.

Disc 1:
Save The Tree- Big Bob Pataki is going to to tear down the oldest tree in their neighborhood Mighty pete, but Grandma, Arnold and his friends are not going to let that happen. 5/5 Stars.

New Teacher- Arnolds teacher Miss Slovak quits her job to become a professional golfer, so they get a new teacher Mr.Simmons this guy is a real fruit cup and the kids want him out. 5/5 Stars.

Helga's Love Potion-Helga drinks an out of love potion and her life becomes boring without her obsesion. 4/5 Stars

Gerald's Secret- is he doesn't know how to ride a bike. Looks like a job for Arnold. 4/5 stars.

The Big Scoop- Arnold and Helga both have a school newspaper. Which newspaper will win PS.118 over Helga's lie filled paper The Pataki Press or Arnold's true blue paper The Weekly Word. 5/5 stars.

Harrold's Kitty- Harold finds a kitten on the street and takes it in. But when the real owners looking for him how can he give him up. 5/5 Stars.

Longest Monday- Its Trash Can Day at PS.118 where 5th Graders Stuff 4rth graders just like Arnold and his friend's in trash cans. 5/5 Stars.

Eugene's Pet- Arnold kills Eugene's pet fish by accident and Eugene snaps. 5/5 stars.

Monkey Business- Helga beleves she has a disease called Monkeynuclidus after Mr.Simmons is teaching the class about disease's. 5/5 Stars.

Big Ceasar-Arnold and Gearald try to catch a prehistoric fish named Big Ceasar. 5/5 Stars.

Disc 2:
Ransom- Gerald little sister, Timberly looses her stuffed toy wally and Arnold and Gerald try to find it. 5/5 Stars.

Miss Perfect- There is a new girl in class named Lila who is great with everything. So Helga, Rhonda, Pheobe, Nadine and Sheena try to pull the perfect prank on little Miss Perfect. I would give this episode 100 stars if I could but I can't so 5/5 stars.

Arnold's Halloween- Arnold and Gerald want to pull a prank on Grandpa and the Borders that alian's are attacking the earth but the word goes out to the whole city. (double lenth episode) 5/5 Stars.

Arnold Saves Sid- Arnold save's Sid from a billboard falling on him and Sid wants to make it up to him by being his slave. (There is a mistake in this episode Miss Slovak appears after leaving in New Teacher). 4/5 Stars.

Hooky- Arnold and Gearald are playing hooky. This will be hard. 5/5 Stars.

Freeze Frame- The first Arnold mystery Arnold and Gerald try to track down 2 shady characters that they beleve is out to get someone. 5/5 Stars.

Pheobe Cheats- Pheobe cheats in a poetry competition beacuse she has been losing school competitions. (Thats a shocker) 5/5 stars.

Mudbowl- Its a 4rth Graders Vs. 5th Graders Football game who will be the Football champions.

Gerald Moves Out-Gerald is sick of his house and rents a room in the bording house but living away is not as easy as it seemed. 5/5 stars.

Disc 3:
The High Life- Gerald becomes an entrepreneur for Wacko Watches. 5/5 Stars.

Best Friends- Arnold, Nadine and Rhonda are doing a uniquelly you project and the 2 girls start a feud and Arnold tries to bring their friendship back together. 5/5 Stars.

Steely Phil- Grandpa enters a Chinese Checkers tournument he lost 40 years ago to Robby Fisher, and Arnold will be his Chinese Checkers and fitness coach. 5/5 Stars.

Quantity Time- Miriam goes away to help her mother during Helga's spring break. So Helga and Big Bob are going to have to spend "Quantity Time" together. 5/5 Stars.

Eating Contest- Grandpa enters Arnold in the anual neighborhood eating contest. 5/5 Stars.

Rhonda's Glasses- Rhonda fails the eyevision test and needs to get glasses. Will she become one of the geeks. 5/5 Stars.

Helga's Boyfriend- Helga tries to make Arnold jealous of her by paying someone to act like her boyfriend. She sure made the right choice in a fake boyfriend Stinky Peterson. (this is one of the most humerous episodes on the set) 5/5 stars.

Crush On Teacher- Arnold has fallen in love with their substitute teacher Miss Felter. 5/5 Stars.

Hall Monitor- Pheobe becomes the new hall monitor. (more like hall monster). 5/5 Stars.

Harold's Bar Mitzvah- Harold's Bar Mitzvah is comming up but is he ready for it. 5/5 Stars.

Disc 4:(the episodes on this disc are really first season episodes that could not fit on the first season set. You will notice goofs such as Miss Slovak still the teacher and Arnold still swooming over Ruth P McDougahl which if you have seen Arnold's Valentine you will know that he is over her so if I were you I would watch this disc first so the story makes a little more sense.

Coach Wittenburg- Coach Wittenburg is back and he want's Arnold and his friends to join his bowling team. 5/5 Stars.

Four Eyed Jack- Gerald and Arnold are having a slumber party and they have found the glasses of the deceassed border Four Eyed Jack and Gerald, Arnold and the borders search the house for the ghost. 5/5 Stars.

Eugene Goes Bad- Eugene figures out that his favorite superhero is a phoney Baloney and crosses over to the dark side. 4/5 Stars.

What's Opera Arnold- Arnold and his friends go on a school feild trip to see the Opera Carmen. but Arnold and Helga doze off and have dreams that they are in the play. But they both have totaly different spins on the story. 5/5 Stars.

Tour De Pond- Arnold, Gerald and Grandpa enter a boat race against Rex Smite-Higgins who is Grandpas arch nemisis and his Grandson. 5/5 Stars.

Teachers Strike- Miss Slovak and the other teachers go on strike after Principal Wartz goes on a budget slipping rampage. 5/5 Stars.

Runaway Float- Arnold and his classmates create a float for the parade only to be shut out by Big Bob Pataki. 5/5 Stars

Partners- Gerald and Arnold trying to figure out an act for the talent show but then they get into a feud when Dino Spumoni and Don Reynolds rent a room in the bording house. 5/5 Stars.

In conclusion This is a very good set and you shoud buy this set. I hope that I helped you and that you enjoy this set as much as I do.

the quality of the dvd was great, but dont expect blueray quality because it is not that type of dvd, Hey Arnold is one of the best nickelodeon cartoons since Doug, if you dont have this dvd to your collection get IT NOW BEFORE ITS TOO LATE!

With the deal struck between Nickelodeon and Amazon, we finnaly have various titles being released that I thought we would never see. Thank you Amazon! Now if only you could strike the same deal with Buena Vista Home Entertainment and get titles like X-Men, Spiderman, MMPR, and Digimon in Region 1 boxsets. I would gladly pay my hard earned money for titles like that.

Looks as great as Season 1! The sound is in great quality too!! I recommend buying this DVD!

I'm so glad these are full seasons and not best of, like other series like Doug or Angry Beavers, I don't understand why Amazon is not selling season 3, anyway, every episode is great. I'm so glad I can have my favourite cartoon on dvd.

Don't let the price tag scare you away, its a great product in which Amazon has exclusive rights for. The quality is still good, so don't be concerned about that. It was actually surprising how clear the picture was. Buying it will help support the show.

The show is great for all ages, and definitely worth showing to the kids of 2000.

Season 2 is full of laughs and fun with great episodes like:

Save the tree: when the kids all band together to stop Big Bob from tearing down their tree.
Helga's Love Potion: when Helga tries a potion to fall out of love with Arnold.
Phoebe Cheats: when Pheobe must deal with her conscience after copying a poem out of a book.
What's Opera Arnold?: when Helga dreams up a fantastic musical with her and Arnold as the stars.

Overall a awesome season. One of my favorites.

I think the title explains most of it...

Hey Arnold! is my favorite animated series (and probably my favorite show regardless of media). There really isn't much to say in terms of reviewing it. The episodes are all there with the theme song (in my opinion, one of the greatest theme songs ever composed).
