This is the first outing on CD for The Glitter Band's debut LP which reached no.13 in the UK charts when first issued by Bell Records back in 1974. The CD includes the UK top ten singles 'Angel Face' & 'Just For You' both of which featured in the German charts of the time. 16 tracks including three bonus tracks, 'You Wouldn't Leave Me Would You' ( B-side to 'Angel Face'), 'You Know You Should Be Glad' (demo) & 'Ring Around' (demo).

From the opening bars of 'Angel Face' you'll feel all nostalgic about the seventies. This is what it was all about. If you loved the footstompin' sound then what are you waiting for? There's quite a few oldies revamped Glitter style from 'Baby I don't care' and 'Sealed with a kiss' to the Spencer Davis group's 'Gimme some lovin'. There's some self-penned stuff too -equally exciting. They were the real talent behind Gary Glitter. BUY IT NOW, YOU'LL LOVE IT!
