EXCELLENT EUROPEAN IMPORT ,WITH 2 CLASSIC ALBUMS ON 1 FACTORY SILVER PRESSED CD (MEANING LIKE YOU WOULD BUY IN A MUSIC SHOP , NOT A CDR )INCLUDES RARE PHOTOS ,PLUS "ANTIQUE LOOK" FRONT AND BACK INSERTS ,ISSUED AS YELLOWED ,WITH A FAKE SMALL TEAR IN THE BOTTOM (THE INSERTS ARE FULL , COMPLETE ,THE TEAR IS PART OF THE PICTURE ,MERELY ADDED FOR ANTIQUATED EFFECT). THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE REMASTERED ,ALTHOUGH WITH MY OLD STEREO , I CANNOT PERSONALLY VOUCH FOR THAT. IT HAS GREAT SOUND QUALITY AND 27 AMAZING SONGS . OUT OF PRINT 8 YEARS IT IS A FINE ADDITION TO ANYONE'S FAN OR COLLECTOR LIBRARY!

The Beatles Abby Road / Hey Jude 2 on 1
Two of the best Beatles LP's on a single CD. But you are better off buying the U.S. releases! Straight Up this is a poor quality Russian import of two of the best Beatles LPs on one CD. I say poor quality because out of 300 CD`s that I purchased from this Russian company about 15 skip (they form round cracks in the plastic). The sound quality is extremely good though. I wish the Beatles would copy the format though, it's great having these two CD's together! No extra songs included here, that is the real reason to buy the Beatles collection on Maxium.

I would be very careful if thinking about purchasing this CD. You would do better to purchase a clean copy of the "Hey Jude" LP, which the manufacturers of this CD obviously did not do, because the running order of the songs is based on the back album photo and not the original audio source. Most likely the tracks were compiled from the 1987 CD releases. I recommend instead buying "Past Masters vol 2" and the 2009 remaster of "A Hard Days Night". All the tracks from the "Hey Jude" LP are on these CD's.

This so-called Russian pressing is actually a bootleg and the sound quality is dubious. It's terrific for the completist or collector, but for audiophiles I wouldn't recommend it.
