The full circle skirt comes with a seperate net crinoline. The halter style bodice ties at the back with a big bow. The dress has a back nylon zipper and the back top of the bodice is elastic to give a closer fit. The tie belt gathers the dress at the waist and helps make the fit adjustable. Dont be disappointed when this item arrives. Seriously. It comes in a Halloween Costume bag and that scared us a little when it was received. Apon opening we realized that this was a decent quality item that was cute. We were happy with the purchase
