Every CD the unheralded Richard Heyman composes and releases are laden with wonderful melodies and harmonies. Heyman is a New York City sensation that merits more exposure. He plays several instruments and he is an erudite lyricist. His vocals are a hybrid of Donald Fagen and Elvis Costello but they are also unique. The songs of this CD were recorded in conjunction with Richard Heyman's dynamic Cornerstone CD. All the tracks are infectious and masterfully produced. Heyman is a great guy who volunteers at animal shelters, raises delightful cats and is another one of those progressive vegetarian rock stars. Most impotrtantly, his music is of paramount quality. Critics love him !
